Payment Options

We work on full payment prior to commenement of Journey as per Terms of Payment is mentioned below. Full payment on advance is to be made for independent booking of Hotel, Vehicle or any other component of trip. Advance Payments for any booking are to be made at our booking offices or through any other payment mode mentioned below on fixation of package.

Terms of Payment

25% of Package cost is to be deposited as Booking Advance (if booked 02 months in advance)
50% of Package cost is to be deposited as Booking Advance (in all other cases, where booking done within two months but more that 15 days of journey. Full payment also can be done but at guests discretion).
Balance amount must to be deposited latest by 10 days prior to commencing journey.
For booking done within 15 days of journey, full payment has to be made as advance.
Booking Vouchers will be delivered against full payment only.

Booking Policy for Car / Hotel Booking

50% of Package cost is to be deposited as Booking Advance
Balance payment to be deposited before 15 days of commencing the trip.
In case booking done within 15 days of journey, full advance is to be made.

Confirmation of Booking

Booking will be confirmed only after receipt of advance from the guests. Destination Green will forward Booking details & detailed itinerary along with money receipt on receipt of advance. Booking vouchers will be handed over on full payment only.

Please Note - We do not encourage cash deposition in the bank accounts as it attracks charges (in case of such transfers the charges to be borne by guests). All payments are subjected to realization.
